According to the media reports the hearing in the High Court regarding Brexit, the judges agreed on a full legal challenge over the decision to leave the European Union to be Big Ben, clockheard in October.

There is also information from the report that the Government has informed the court that there will be no move to initiate article 50 before the end of 2016, which apparently will allow the judges time to make a ruling and the Supreme Court hear any appeal.

Further information states that assurances to the judges that if there were any change in the government position, legal parties would be informed

The legal team involved in this procedure believe that the government cannot go forward with leaving theEU without parliament backing and describe the application as the most important constitutional law ever.

On top of all the problems associated with Brexit, German individuals are warning that the UK is playing with fire, a sentiment that many people in the UK would agree.

I welcome the challenge by the Legal team.  Brexit is not and will ever be in the interest of the British people, and whatever the outcome of the legal challenge if the UK eventually leave the EU we will in the long term pay a hefty price and its the next generation that will suffer because of the short-sightedness of a few.
