There is something fundamentally wrong with our judicial system.  I can comprehend that there are some criminal acts which judges deemed not requiring custodial sentence and in some cases, the electorate would agree.

However, pushing a pregnant woman out of a moving car leaving her unconscious on the road, even if that person happens to be your girlfriend and the mother of your child does not mean that you should avoid a custodial sentence.  What will he do next throw her out of a bedroom window? I am appalled, and many people who read the story will be livid.
