A second man arrested following Parsons Green attack

The media reported that a second man had been, arrested over the Parsons Green terror attack.

According to the media article, the first person arrested was an 18-year old man who was, caught in the departure area of the port of Dover, detained on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.

The latest arrest is that of a 21-year old arrested in Hounslow, on Saturday taken to South London police station where he his still in custody.

As a member of the public, we welcome the speed that the police move to apprehend individuals that they believe are involved in acts of terrorism.

However, in my opinion, if you can identify these persons in a matter of hours, does it mean that these individuals or on police radar, and the police are aware of their capabilities to create havoc.
