When you are a child of God who believes and practices the moral values that God gave us to live by, you will be, ridiculed.
We cannot allow a world that is currently being influenced by the Devil to hoodwinked us in breaking the rules of the Ten Commandments and other moral and ethical values that God ordained for a human being to obey and live according to His wishes.
The Devil wants us not only to disobey the teachings of God but; he wants us to believe that we do not need God in our lives and therefore, we do not have to obey or follow the path that God sets out for us to walk.
According to Scripture 1 Peter 3:14-15 But and if you suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are you: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to answer every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.
The moral values of the world as broken down and it is now acceptable for a particular behaviour to be, tolerated in as much that the family structure as God ordained them to be, have been, irrevocably destroyed because of the Devil. Our children are growing up in a world with no morals, no dignity and above all, no belief in God.
Let us anchor ourselves in the following Bible verses in the knowledge that God knew thousand of years ago that His children were going to be, persecuted because we choose to follow His teachings.
Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they which are, persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 2 Corinthians 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
John 15:18 If the world hates you, you know that it hated me before it hated you. 2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. Luke 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.
