Most people cannot come to terms with the fact that not only evil exists, but they question why God allows evil, wickedness, murder and all the vile things that plague humanity.
The first thing we must understand is that evil started in the garden of Eden. The Devil tempted Eve to disobey God’s instructions and she encourages Adam to follow her disobedience and sin was born.
God’s instructions to Adam Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. That instruction was explicit, and crystal and yet God was, disobeyed.
Here in the book of Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and also gave unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
Even though we sinned and came short of the glory of God, he was still merciful and kind to us so much so that he gave his only begotten son to die so we could be redeemed and our salvation would be assured if we choose the right path.
To understand how sin came into our world it is imperative to read the book of Genesis and gain the knowledge we need to know why the world is in such chaos and what God’s promise to us is to rid this world of the Devil deceptions and lies.
