Don’t Confuse Human Stupidity With God

My Opinion

Primary School Teacher A Cocaine Dealer – Really

When it comes to blame, there is something fundamentally wrong with the human race. In particular, we always want to blame God for every wrong decision that we make?

Human beings tend to want to attribute blame to others irrespective of whether that person have any responsibility for the problems we created. We always blame either our family, partner or God, never accepting responsibilities for our actions.

Today I would like us to focus on when we accept our responsibility and stop attributing our bad behaviour to others, especially God, we grow and find lasting solutions to whatever our problems are.

To understand the destructive way in which passing blame can be let us look at the book of Matthew 7:3-5 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the glow out of thine eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

First, we have to look at ourselves when we attribute blame before we are willing to pass it on to others. Hold yourself accountable for your actions before deciding that others and God must be, blamed for your mistakes.

Romans 2:1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

Passing blame unto others is not a new concept it started in the garden of Eden when humanity ignored the instruction given to them by God. Genesis 3:12-13 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou as done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

The world is in chaos, confusion, poverty, hunger, destruction and war all because we did not follow God’s instructions and then we see that Adam blamed Eve and she, in turn, cast the blame on Satan. Imagine what a wonderful world this would be if we had only followed the teachings of God.

When we stop passing blame for all our woes as told to us in the book of Proverbs 15:14 The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness. Our lives will be, enriched knowing we are, forgiven, and as long as we accept our responsibilities and trust God with our problems, he will work a miracle in each of our life.
