When you listen to the news from around the world, one would not believe that there is any light at the end of this darken coronavirus tunnel.

The coronavirus as once again raised its ugly head all over Europe, USA, Canada and the rest of the world. People are dying in their thousands, and it would appear this unseen enemy traps us. So, how can anyone say that God is removing the cloud of darkness from among us and better times are coming?

Your faith in the living God knows that sometimes things have to get worse before it gets better. Let us remember that God could have prevented anyone from arresting his son or even crucifying him, but he stood by and allow Christ to go through the pain, darkness, inequality and the evil of men. God stepped in when he knew it was right to do so, and he will do so again for you.

Let us recognise the truth in this scripture John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! This is the reason that we know that God will remove the darkness from around us because of the promises he made.

Colossians 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us, therefore, cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

1 Thessalonians 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night nor darkness.

2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Take courage and know that this too, will pass because the Almighty God gave us this prediction more than two thousand years ago. We may lose our jobs, worried about putting food on the table or paying our rent and mortgages but, keep your faith. God is in the battle with us, and we shall overcome.
