God’s Love For Us Eternal and Everlasting

Human beings, God’s creation are of the most intricate thing that has ever been, created. The Bible tells us that we are, made in His image and therefore at one time, we were perfect.

However, betrayal, disobedience and lies by some of God’s creation put our world in chaos. Humanity began to love vanity, greed, lust more than their love for God. Satan recognises that although we were, made in our Creator’s image; we could be, readily influenced to do His bidding, after all, he got Eve to convince Adam to break God’s covenant.

When bad things happen to us, the first person we blame is God, which make Satan very happy. We forget that God gave his only Son to be, crucified so that we could get redemption. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

But according to the Bible Scriptures below even when we are disobedience to God, His love for us is everlasting. It does not mean God will not chastise us when we fail to keep His commandments are live our lives in the manner that he ordained.

1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore, the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love, and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Zephaniah 3:17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Throughout the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, the love God has for us is undeniable. Yet he told us that he would destroy this world because although His love for us is everlasting, we have allowed the Devil to corrupt His creation, live in sin and break his instructions, so God has no choice but to destroy once again the very world he created.

So when you start blaming God for every bad thing in your life, ask yourself the question of what did I do today to gain God’s love and did I trust Him to resolve my problems.
