According to a media article, a Kuwaiti beauty blogger who as 2.3 million Instagram followers as cause an uproar with an idiotic statement she made about people who are servants.
There is no way that anyone with a degree of integrity would make a comment that ‘servants should not be allowed to keep their passport, or take four days off per month’.
To add insult to injury, she went on to criticise Kuwait new labour law brought in to improve conditions for Filipino workers. It is outrageous and despicable behaviour for someone in the public domain.
In my opinion, the two beauty brands that withdrew their contract with her is a welcome decision. It demonstrates that these poor excuse for human beings will never be allowed to get away with the kind of crap that comes out of their fresh mouth.
People like her believe they have a right to belittle others, who they think are beneath them. The 2.3 million Instagram followers should unfollow her in a demonstration that shows they are not prepared to follow someone who shows nothing but ignorance and stupidity, which I hope will haunt her for the rest of her life.
