Unfortunately, the black community does not need any watchdog to tell us what our community already know.  Minority groups have been Racismcoping with Britain institutional racism for decades.

The Black communities recognise that in respect of employment, pay, housing, education that they are always at a disadvantage, they are more likely to be a victim of a homicide. Ethnic minorities earn less in the workplace even if they have the same degrees as White employees.

The perceptions are that Blacks has no rights to be treated equally.  They are four times more likely to be arrested and given a criminal record. In my opinion, a section of the  Black communities believes that their children were being criminalised to prevent them from going into services such as the Police, or any organisation that could make a difference as to how minorities are perceived.

It does not matter how much efforts are made to tackle racial equality in Britain so long as White people see Blacks as inferior especially the establishment then we will never have equality, within ethnic minorities.

What I detest about these so-called report is those assumptions that they make those Black people or ethnic minorities need special treatment, and special programmes should be put in place to accommodate our population. We do not need special treatment we require to be treated fairly, given the same opportunity as White to compete on equal footing in employment, housing, wages, and education.Â
