You awake to see another day, and as you thank the Creator for allowing you and your family the privilege of awaking to this day, you recognise the greatness of the living God.

Today God has taught us that destroying and tearing down Satan’s wall of evil is so easy, and he gave us the very words that we need to do so.

THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, Forever and ever. Amen.

A simple prayer but one that rocks the foundation of the Devil’s wickedness and cast away all the negativity that he has placed upon the children of God.

Then to further cement your relationship with God and tell the Devil that he is not in control you will turn to the book of Psalm 23:1-6 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

The Lord’s Prayer and Psalm 23 are a reminder to us that God gave us all the tools we need to defeat the Devil and the power that is in those words are more than enough to demonstrate to Satan than he cannot and will never win this battle that he is waging against God or his children.

Remember, yea thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death we will fear no evil for God is with us always and forever Amen.
