Lift your voices and praise the living God for another day of Sabbath worship. You must give him the honour and the glory that you were awakened to see yet another glorious day.
God as told us to remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy, to magnify his gracious name and to take a break from the worries and woes of the world. Come together as one, gather together to praise and thank him for keeping us safe and making sure that all our human needs are, met.
Today I am looking to the Bible and all of God words to make me even stronger than I am in the faith of the living God.
Genesis 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Exodus 20:8-11 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Deuteronomy 5:12 Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee.
Matthew 12:12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. Romans 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike let every man be, fully persuaded in his mind.
Leviticus 23:3 Six days shall work be, done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, a holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
Leviticus 26:2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
PRAYER
Mighty God, I am before you today on this the Sabbath day asking that you help me to continue to serve you. Lord, I am asking you to remove every obstacle out of my way that is preventing me to serve in honesty and truth.
