UK will be hit by storm Dylan early New Year’s eve

According to a media report, the Met office issued a forecast that storm Dylan will hit the UK on New years eve.

Apparently, the storm will hit Ireland on Saturday evening then head to the UK on Sunday morning. There will be a gust of 70 to 80mph across Southern Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The media report also states that a yellow warning has been issued by the Met office suggesting that strong winds over parts of south-west England, Southern Wales and greater London, bringing heavy rain with a chance of hail and thunder is expected.
