Mighty God, here we are worshipping your glory. Father, we know that because we are, made in your image the adversary is trying to destroy your magnificent creation.
You have told us here in the book of Genesis 5:1-2 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made him. Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were, created.
Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be, shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Here is why the Devil his jealous of the fact that we are, made in God’s image, in the book of Psalm 8:3-8 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained. What is a man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him?
For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Everlasting Father, let us continue to recognise that we have nothing to concern ourselves about, nothing that the Devil throws our way will harm us. We are leaning on your everlasting arms, all woes and tribulations have disappeared out of our lives because of the blood of Jesus Christ. Amen
