What Are Your Christian Obligations, According to the Bible

My Opinion

Mighty God, I am in your presence today asking for your guidance to teach me, educate, and strengthen my Christian duties to others.

Lord, I need you to help me open the eyes of Christians all over the world, in every crevice and corner and encourage them to spread your word throughout the land, let the adversary know that we are lifting our voice in one accord.

The Bible reminds us in Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Here God is telling us that as Christians we must perform our duties by spreading His word.

The book of Matthew 22:36-40 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. It is the first and great commandment. And the second is like, unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Galatians 6:1-3 Brethren, if a man is, overtaken in a fault, ye which is spiritual, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

We are being taught here in the book of Proverbs 31:8-9 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

The scripture according to Titus 3:1-7 We are put in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready for every good work. To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. For we also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

But after that, the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour. That being, justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Amen
