A Prayer for Seeking God Face And Living In His Presence

It is very important for children of God to seek His face and to live in His presence and the world is so vile and dangerous that it is becoming increasingly difficult for many to seek God’s face, so today let us lift our voice to God and ask him for His divine help in achieving our goals to live with him.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You, in humble adoration and reverence, recognizing Your sovereignty and the depth of Your love for us. Today, we lift up a dear friend, for whom You have a special message.

Jeremiah 33:3 “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

Lord, in the tapestry of life, there are seasons of joy and seasons of sorrow, seasons of harvest and seasons of sowing. We sense, through Your Spirit, that for our dear friend, now is a divine moment, a season to earnestly seek Your face.

Isaiah 55:6 “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:”

We pray that their heart may be receptive to Your call. Let not the distractions of the world or the burdens of daily life deafen their ears to Your voice. May they recognise this special message and know that it is time to draw closer to You.

Psalm 73:28 “But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.”

Father, as they seek Your face, open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon them. May they experience a deeper understanding of Your character, a heightened sensitivity to Your Spirit, and a renewed passion for Your Word.

Jeremiah 29:13 “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”

We ask that this season of seeking be filled with divine encounters. Let them feel Your presence in the quiet moments, hear Your voice in the stillness, and see Your hand in every circumstance.

Psalm 145:18 “The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.”

Equip them, O Lord, with the armour of God. As they draw closer to You, protect them from any schemes of the enemy that seek to hinder their spiritual journey.

Ephesians 6:11 “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

We believe that this season of seeking Your face is not just a fleeting moment but the beginning of a deeper walk with You. May they emerge from this time transformed, with a heart more aligned with Yours and a spirit more attuned to Your will.

Romans 12:1  “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”

In conclusion, we commit our dear friend to Your loving hands. We are confident that as they seek Your face, they will find not only the answers they seek but a deeper, more intimate relationship with their Creator.

Matthew 7:7  “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:” –

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray.
Amen.
