There are times when our lives take on so much suffering and pain that we wonder what can we do to improve our lives and live in peace and tranquillity.
How many time have you wonder what you could do just to be able to pay the rent, buy food for the family get a job and all the other things in this world that should make and improve the life we are living.
Sometimes we think that God as forgotten us and there is nowhere to go, But, stop and think of prayers of Daniel, and what he achieved through is relentless prayers. One of which is so easy for us to say each day. Daniel prayed these word each day, Hear oh God; my prayers look in favour at my pain. Hear and act. Don’t delay for I bear your pain.
The prayers of Daniel were so intense that each devotion to God he achieved what he prayed about, as stated in the Daniel 9:17-19
And he prays saying Now, therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy desolate sanctuary, for the Lord’s sake. O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but thy great mercies. O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
Our faith must be as strong as Daniel, patience like Jesus and strength like our Creator. Yea thou I walk through the valley of the shadows of death I will fear no evil for God is with us. No matter what you are going through during this trial and tumultuous time know that prayer is the way to receiving God’s blessing, love and intervention.
The crisis too will pass, and in time the Coronavirus will be placed into history the same as the pandemic 1918 -1919. We will once again get back to living our lives free from the shackles of the Devil and resting in the assurance that our Creator is watching over is children.
God’s words in the book of 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
