There are times when the Devil uses earthly events to question and test your loyalty to God.
Earthly events such as poverty, jealousy, hunger, homelessness, debts, severe financial problems and one’s low esteem are real problems. Satan is well aware of these issues. What he does is to heighten these very human problems, and in doing so, many people then question the validity of why God would allow these problems to happen.
You may be facing anyone these problems in your life right at this moment. Continue to believe that God as the ability to solve them for you. Do not give the Devil any loophole in which he can enter your life.
2 Corinthians 9:8 – And God can make all grace abound toward you; that you, always have all sufficiency in all things, that you may need.
Hebrews 13:5 – Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
The best of us at a time get frustrated with our earthly life. You sometimes believe that the cross you are bearing it only too much for you to carry. You need to remember that God told you that he would never leave you nor forsake you.
Luke 12:24 – Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
You are more relevant to God than the fowl of the air, so if he provides for them do not doubt that he will give all that you need. Stay under the protected blood of Jesus Christ and do not let Satan tempt you. The Devil is the master of deception, and he will deceive you at all times.
Almighty God, forgive me for feeling weak in the face of the Devil and his evil ways. Thank you for giving me the strength to ward him off and to get back under your protection and trust. Amen
