The Devil wants nothing more than for you to abandon God and all that the Almighty stands for. If you do, you will increase the power of the evil one.
We must be aware that the Devil knows that he is on a short leash with God and the time for reckoning his coming and therefore, His only wish is, to corrupt, destroyed, murder and cause as much mayhem on Earth as we allow him to do.
Children of God even in your darkest hour and when it seems that everything is going wrong, cling to the armour of God, take all your troubles, woes, disappointment and afflictions to the Almighty God. We know that God never lies to us and the greatest sacrifice that God made for us His sending His son to die so that we can be redeemed.
The Scripture tells us in John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Let us bow our heads in prayer and think for a moment that kind of love can only come from someone pure, honest and real.
Let us tell the Devil that His money, pride, greed, moral disgrace, envy, malice and evil is not a path that we choose to follow and therefore, he cannot tempt us with any of His counterproductive tools. We walk in the light of God, we dwell in His holy place, we undertake the moral valves and codes that he has given us to live by, and because the blood of Jesus Christ was, shed for us, we are redeemed to magnify God’s holy name.
Mighty God, let your children basked in your glory knowing that you are the living God in whom all things are possible and know that the Devil cannot give us peace of mind because he is incapable of anything good. Grant me peace, hope, love and understanding so that I can glorify your name now and throughout my life, in the precious name of Jesus Amen.
