When we are down to nothing God is up to something

My God, I come before you this day with a sorrowful heart. I am walking on life’s shaky plank, and I need you to steady my foot, guide me across safely.

Lord, we cannot and should not pretend that all is well with us. We need help, and unless we are honest with you, then we would have failed in our duties. Of course, we thank you for the gift of life, giving us another day, keeping us safe from illness, crime, death and the influences of the adversary.

Mighty God, your children are in desperate needs. We cannot function effectively on this earth because of the way in which the Devil and his band of evil-doers have corrupted our environment. We are calling out to you, hear us, answer our pleas, never leave us or forsake us and we use the words of the scriptures to make our supplications, grant us the request.

Psalm 5:2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.
Job 21:15 What is the Almighty, that we should serve him? And what profit should we have, if we pray unto him? Psalm 28:2 Hear the voice of my supplications when I cry unto thee when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

Psalm 31:22 For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee. Psalm 54:2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.
Romans 1:10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

Everlasting Father, I plead to you not only for myself but for every one of your children that are in need on this day. Those that are in debts give them a way out, the homeless, sick, jobless, lead us out of all these woes, we pray. Father, hear and answer my prayers, I cannot turn to anyone else but you. Lord give me faith, patience, and knowledge as strong as Job. Lord having, made these pleads to you I know that you will go before me and clear the path. In the precious name of Jesus, my Lord and Redeemer. Amen
