Bible verses that help to explain God’s plan and where we fit in

Firstly, let us understand that God’s plans are perfect and the rewards for obeying, following and fulfilling his intentions, is eternal life.

As in Isaiah 55 verses10 – 11 God told us – For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing, whereto I sent it.

Jeremiah 29 verse11 – For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Romans 8 verse 28 – And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

Isaiah 40 verse 31 – But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.

1 Corinthians 2 verse 9 – But as it is, written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

The fulfilment we need in this life is to run and end well with God’s plan. God towards our relationship with him expects us to follow him daily, he is not regimental, and we should not be rigid in our walk with him. God does not change, but He decides to relate with man through many forms.

Heavenly Father, I come to you today as humble as I can be asking that you help me to understand your plans and give me the strength to carry them through. Lord help all your children today that have any doubts as to what your plans are for us, let the knowledge of your plans resonate around the world so that all of your children will come into your glory.

In Jesus name, I pray Amen
