The notion that God loves us, and therefore we can disobey him without consequences is incorrect. We must realise that the wrath of God is real and he has given us numerous biblical instructions of what he will do to us.

God has warned us first in Jude1verse 5 I will, therefore, put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterwards destroyed them that believed not. Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is, revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness. Ephesians 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Romans 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God. John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Psalm 7:11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. Irrespective of political correctness God words and instruction are far more important than the word of man. We shall be, judged by our immoral ways and any human behaviour that God detest, such as adultery, sexual perversion, idolaters, hatred and unchristianlike behaviour.

Mighty God, open the eyes of your children to the truth, let them recognise that the adversary is doing all he can to lead them away from the path of righteousness. Father, surround us this day and always with your love and teach us the correct way in Jesus name Amen.
