The Bible is full of stories of refugees. From the Israelites fleeing Egypt to the early Christians being persecuted in the Roman Empire, the Bible shows us that God is always with those who are displaced.

In the book of Exodus, we see the Israelites fleeing Egypt after being enslaved for centuries. God leads them through the desert, providing them with food and water. He also protects them from their enemies.

In the book of Acts, we see the early Christians being persecuted for their faith. They are forced to flee their homes and go into hiding. But even in the midst of their suffering, they continue to worship God.

These are just a few examples of how God has been with refugees throughout history. He is a God of compassion and mercy, and He always provides for those who are in need.

If you are a refugee, know that God is with you. He sees your suffering and He cares about you. He will never leave you or forsake you.

Here are some scriptures that you can read to remind yourself of God’s love for refugees:

The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works.” (Psalm 145:9). God protects us all even those who do not believe in His incredible power.

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.” (Psalm 9:9) When you are oppressed, trouble and dissolution know that God is always your refuge.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'” (Psalm 91:1-2)

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” (Psalm 23:1-3)

Deuteronomy 33:27 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.

Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

I hope these scriptures bring you comfort and hope. Remember, God is with you. He will never leave you or forsake you.
