Staying Close To God Despite Tribulation

Staying close to God is very important for you even though you may be going through trials and tribulations.

We tend to question our beliefs, especially when we are, faced with situations that cause us stress, anger, daily trials, and when the Devil put barriers in our paths.

Each day as children of God, we encounter poverty, homelessness, unemployment, financial destitution, betrayal by people we love and care for. In these situations, the Devil amplify the problems so that you begin to question why God is doing these things to you.

You feel alone sometimes, but trust that you are not. God always watches over His people, and aware of what is happening in every life, to the smallest detail. He knows how much you are giving. He grieved about the suffering of you and your loved one but is pleased that you are willing to continue to put your trust and faith in Him.

The book of Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. So the closer you draw to God regardless of the earthly problems He will take care of you. He will shield you, place you under His protective wings and ease all your troubles.

Psalm 145:18 The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double-minded.

As you draw closer to the living God you turn to the Bible and heed the words of Psalm 34:17-19 The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint. Amen
