What Is Hope Given To People Whose Lives Are Ravaged By War? The Bible tells up about war and rumours of wars, and we see these Biblical predictions come to pass; there is no denying that fact.

But, as children of God, how can we come together to give hope to the people that have their lives destroyed by the sickness of war. The most fundamental thing that we can do is continue to pray and put the people in the hands of the Almighty God.

Secondly, let us turn to the Bible to see what prophecies are.
Matthew 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. There is nothing that humans can do to stop the prophecies of the Bible as they are ordained to occur.

Jeremiah 51:20 Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms. Despite what the evil one will do, God ordained that we are his battle-axe, and we will beat their domains with him.

James 4:1-2 From whence come wars and fightings among you? Come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. So regardless of their warful ways, they will never achieve what they set out to gain because it was never of the living God.

Deuteronomy 20:1-4 When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, seest horses, chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the Lord thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

And it shall be when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people, And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Romans 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. For the Lord, your God is he that goeth with you, fight for you against your enemies, and save you.

Isaiah 2:4 And he shall judge among the nations and rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.

Isaiah 25:8 He will swallow up death in victory, and the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

There is hope for the people of war-torn areas, and God will never leave them or forsake them despite the atrocities that humanity has afflicted them. The perpetrators’ judgement will be something they will never be able to tolerate.
