70 year old man died after bursting into flames on the street

According to a media report, a 70-year old Tottenham, North London man died after he burst into flames while walking down the street.

Stunned onlookers tried to help him, the fire brigade was called and was able to put out the fire. He was airlifted to a specialist hospital but died of the injuries he sustains.

London fire brigade investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire, founding no accelerants present, which could give them one possible reason for this incident.

Police investigation suggests, from the eyewitness account, the victim did not come into contact with any other person before he burst into flames. They are treating the death as unexplained.

In my opinion, this could be a case of Spontaneous Human Combustion (SHC). There have been some documented cases where individual suddenly burst into flames for no apparent reason.

Scientist seems to believe that SHC does not exist and there must be a reason for this phenomenon, which they are yet to explain scientifically. I do not think that science can answer all of the question or incidents that occur on this planet.

There are those who debunk SHC because they claim that no one has seen anyone burst into flames, well tell that to the people who witness that 70 years old on fire.

The fact that we have no idea why a human being can suddenly burst into flames does not mean it cannot happen. Human beings do not have the answer to every unexplained event that is taking place around us. We need to recognise that fact and stop thinking people who believe that something like Spontaneous Human combustion can happen, are just stupid.
