Mighty God, the adversary Satan is working overtime to prevent us from spreading your word across the world.
Eternal Father, we recognise that the Devil is trying to put obstacles in our path. He is so afraid of the people who are spreading the gospel and praising your great name that he is using the power you gave him to block us. Because you are God and we know that Satan cannot win against you now are ever, we trust that you will remove every stumbling block that he puts into our way.
We adhere to the scriptures especially in the book of Matthew 24:14 – And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 28:19 – Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
Your children will continue to declare you words among the people as said here in the book of Psalms 96:3 – Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people. We cannot and will not allow the adversary to stop us from proclaiming your name or doing your work.
Everlasting Father, you have given us your words through divine inspiration. They are, written in the Bible and we will continue to use them to defeat the Devil as you told us here in the book of 2 Timothy 3:16 – All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
Lord, I pray today that you will give us the strength, courage, stamina and fill us with the holy spirit so that we can fend off the attack of the Devil. We know the power of your words, give the ability to use them effectively against an adversary that is failing to give up and continue to pressurise your children, in the precious name of Jesus Amen.
