The Importance of Proclaiming And Following God’s Words. Why it is so crucial for us to follow and proclaim the words of God, and how does the Bible help us do so.

To follow God’s word and proclaim them throughout the land, we must first look at the Biblical scripture that gave us the instructions that we need to effectively carry out the work our Creator has given to humanity.

Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.

Luke 21:36 Watch ye, therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.

Following God’s instructions and proclaiming them is sacrosanct as was ordained in the book of Acts 2:17; young men will see visions, and older men will be given dreams to be declared among God’s people.

Acts 17:30-31 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent. Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom God hath ordained; of whom the Lord hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, also believe in me. Matthew 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Luke 4:18-19 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, preach deliverance to the captives, and recover sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. Also, to preach the acceptable word of the Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the entrance, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

1 John 5:19 And we know that we are of God and the whole world lieth in wickedness. James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

Acts 3:19-21 Repent ye therefore and be converted that your sins may be blotted out when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you. Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
