Pope Francis and the British Prime Minister criticise Donald Trump for his reckless decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
The Pole believes the status quo of Jerusalem must be respected and to avoid conflict, prudence and wisdom must prevail. Pope Francis apparently, made his comments during his weekly audience and after speaking with the Palestinian leader.
British Prime Minister, Theresa May said it would be unhelpful for the peace process in the region, Trump recognising Jerusalem as Israel capital. Accordingly, the UK maintains that positions that the city should be the shared capital of Palestine and Israel in a negotiated two-state solution.
Donald Trump does nothing that benefits anyone else but himself. His selfish decision could continue the conflict in the region and cost the loss of more lives. There is no thought of the consequences of Trump’s wayward attitude to the world. If he is not, prevented from undertaking these reckless behaviours, he is bringing us to the brink of world war three.
In my opinion, it is time; the world recognises that the US President is a danger, not only to the citizens of the United States but the world. Every decision he makes there is the potential for conflict, and sooner rather than later one of his idiotic decisions will begin the war. May God protect us from this maniac.
